Acceptance
TeleRanks provides prepaid Telegram growth and engagement services, including ranking-minded social-proof tools. By registering or ordering you confirm legal capacity and agreement to these terms, Telegram’s rules, and applicable law.

- Wholesale contracts override this page only for named accounts.
- English text controls if translations differ.
§2
Services & ranking claims
Catalog may include members, views, reactions, engagement tools, Premium, Stars, bot traffic, and SEO-oriented lines. No order guarantees a specific Telegram search rank or directory position.
- Delivery times are estimates unless a written SLA exists.
- Refill coverage = delivered quantity + printed window only.
- Live Services page is authoritative at checkout.
- Minor fluctuation is normal and not alone a defect.

Campaign rules
- Match service type to a reachable public target.
- Do not stack concurrent orders on one link.
- Submitted link/quantity cannot be edited.
- Drip-feed is prepaid; unfired runs refund to balance on cancel.
- Partial completion refunds unfinished units to balance.
- Private mode or deleted posts mid-run can void refund eligibility.
Chargebacks without a prior support ticket may suspend the account and remaining balance.

Balance & refunds
- Deposits fund panel balance and are generally non-withdrawable.
- Eligible refunds credit balance, not the original rail, unless agreed in writing.
- Pending never-started orders may cancel for full balance return when UI allows.
- In-progress cancels are reviewed against delivered quantity.
- Refill claims need order ID inside the guarantee window.

Accounts
- Secure credentials; enable 2FA.
- One person/business per account unless wholesale expands it.
- We never request Telegram passwords or login codes.
- Fraud, abuse, or infrastructure risk can end access.

Prohibited use
Illegal content, scams, malware, promoting assets you do not control, Telegram ToS violations, and attacks on our systems/API are forbidden.
Violating orders may cancel with no refund; repeat abuse can mean a permanent ban.

Liability
- Service is “as is”. Telegram platform actions are outside our control.
- Max liability per order = amount paid for that order.
- No liability for indirect losses or third-party outages.
- Non-waivable legal rights remain intact.

API & resellers
- Keep API keys secret; rotate on exposure.
- Resellers support their own customers.
- Abusive automation may lose key access.
- Public contract: /api.

Privacy snapshot
- Email, balance, order history, public targets submitted.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Payment partners process deposits under their policies.
- Data questions via tickets.

Changes
We may revise these terms. The revision date above tracks the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: open a ticket.
