FAQ for channel operators

Answers tuned for people who care about Telegram discoverability, credible metrics, and reseller-grade automation on TeleRanks.

Ranking & discoverability

What is TeleRanks built for?

A Telegram-focused panel plus ranking-minded growth toolkit: social proof (members, views, reactions) paired with habits that make channels and bots easier to find and trust.

What does “SEO” mean on Telegram?

Not Google blue links. It means clearer naming, descriptions, consistent posting, and credible social signals so people and in-app search trust your channel or bot more.

Can SMM alone rank my channel #1?

No honest panel can guarantee global rank. Counts support trust; content and activity still drive discovery. We sell the measurable social-proof layer.

Should I boost before or after content work?

Fix username, title, description, and a posting cadence first. Then order growth so new visitors land on a credible, active channel.

Do views help ranking more than members?

Different jobs. Members show size; views/reactions show recent life. Many operators combine both rather than betting on one metric.

Catalog & quality tiers

Are you a main Telegram provider?

Yes — the catalog prioritizes Telegram services with transparent pricing and live order tracking for channels, groups, and bots.

How do quality lines differ?

Premium/real tiers use aged profiles. Mixed balances cost and hold. Budget lines move fast and cheap. Titles and descriptions name the tier.

Will counts drop?

Some natural movement happens. Non-drop products include a refill window on the listing. No window means no refill promise.

Lifetime zero-drop?

Only where the listing says Lifetime Guarantee. Telegram cleanup is external; we bind to printed refill policy.

Geo or language targeting?

When the service explicitly lists a region or language filter. Generic lines do not force geo.

Premium members & Stars?

Offered as dedicated lines when stocked. Check min/max and notes before checkout.

Campaign operations

How do I place an order?

Create an account, add funds, open Services, pick a listing, paste the public link, confirm. Track status from the dashboard.

What is drip-feed good for?

Staged delivery so growth looks organic and trips fewer spam signals. Set run size, runs, and interval; cancel to reclaim unfired runs on balance.

Can I edit after submit?

No. Cancel pending work when available, or request review cancel for in-progress orders so refunds match remaining units.

Mass order syntax?

service_id | link | quantity per line on the Mass tab — built for multi-post ranking campaigns.

When to request refill?

Inside the guarantee window on covered services, for the quantity we delivered only. Use the order-row Refill action.

Partial status explained

Part of the quantity could not finish. Undelivered cost returns to balance automatically.

Keep the channel public?

Yes during delivery. Private mode, deleted posts, or username changes can stop jobs without refund eligibility.

Parallel orders on one link?

Avoid. Finish one campaign, then start the next so baselines stay clean for refills and analytics.

Billing & balance

How do deposits work?

Add funds → pick method → balance credits after confirmation. Orders spend balance only.

Which coins?

USDT on major networks, BTC, ETH, TON, and others shown live on Add funds.

USDT first-time tip

TRC-20 is usually cheapest. Match network exactly and send the full invoice amount with gas paid separately.

Cash-out to wallet?

No. Refunds and partials credit panel balance. Deposits are generally non-withdrawable.

Chargebacks

Contact tickets first. Unilateral payment disputes can freeze the account under the terms.

Minimum top-up

Shown per method on Add funds; networks may add their own floors.

Security

How do I harden the account?

Enable 2FA on Account, unique password, never share OTP codes.

Will you ask for Telegram login?

Never. Public links/@usernames only. Impostors go in a ticket report.

Password reset

Forgot password on sign-in → email link to the registered address only.

Multiple accounts?

One operator per account unless wholesale terms expand it. Alt accounts for ban evasion are prohibited.

Restricted account?

Ticket with email and recent order IDs for manual review.

API & wholesale

Where is my API key?

On the API page after login. Rotate on exposure — old keys die immediately.

Perfectpanel scripts work?

Yes for services, add order, status, multi-status, refill, and balance — usually a base URL + key swap.

Rate limits

Stay reasonable. Scraping or shared keys risk revocation. Prefer multi-status and mass flows.

White-label resale

Allowed under your brand. You own buyer support and compliance with these terms.

Wholesale pricing

Volume rates are account-specific when offered; otherwise public catalog applies.

Support

How do I contact the desk?

Use Tickets so order context stays attached to the thread.

How fast is a first reply?

Continuous staffing; most first replies within a few hours. Wait out the listed start window before speed tickets.

What to attach

Order ID, service name, target link, and a one-line problem statement (stuck, drop, partial, wrong tier, etc.).

Legal terms location

Full contract on the Terms page — read before large deposits.

Nothing matches my case

Still open a ticket. Ranking campaigns often have edge cases we can diagnose faster with the order ID.

Need a ranking-aware human?

Tickets keep order IDs and campaign history in one place.
